Hello I'm Adrian Valentino E. Brillantes of Grade 7 Joseph Kowalski at Don Bosco School Manila.
I'm here to give my own perspective and opinion in being a Filipino.
Nowadays Filipinos sometimes forget to respect their own country, seeing people being tired of singing the Philippine National Anthem and by not standing properly as if they have not seated for a long time. Why do Filipinos forget such kind of things? Is it because we lose our good attitudes through time? Or is it the influences or tiredness or indifference?
Certain things which Filipinos do or need which involves in being proud to his/her country
Filipinos are now attracted to international products.
Like branded shoes, shirts etc. While the country itself produces fine quality products although..
Games and gadgets which now currently used for entertainment and fun. While the country has certain games for entertainment and fun involving physical activities like "Sipa".

This lines tells me the insights of how can a Filipino abandon his nationality because of certain issues dealing with these cases. I myself was struck to our Schools Profile for a Certain Month, it is "Proud to be a Filipino" now these lines are like linking in one meaning. Now how are these connected to our modern life as a Filipino, WE FILIPINOS ARE LOVING AND RESPECTFUL, WE ARE PROUD IN WHAT WE ARE AND IN WHAT WE HAVE. IT'S BECAUSE WE ARE FILIPINOS AND MANY PEOPLE SUFFERED AND DIED FOR US. So now let us do what Filipino should be..
Now as a student, in these lines that I have written I did my part of sharing and telling my opinions and insights.
By this blog I can share things I know that can help people to change and realize the importance of being a Filipino..
